I spent a lot of years doing everything wrong and I simply had to discover how to make friends with my stress. With a degree in Health and Physical Education, I knew what to do, but struggled to implement it in my own life. I was like the shoemaker’s wife who has no shoes! So, I love to share what I’ve learned through my research, education and personal experience. And, of course it’s all delivered with lots of laughs! Humor really does help the medicine go down!

I spent many years as a professional standup comedian, including living and performing in New York City. I came to see the value of humor for our overall well-being and how therapeutic it is. Plus, it just feels good to laugh! So, I want people to leave my presentations feeling good. But, I also want them to have valuable tools to continue this good feeling into their lives; not only humor, but optimism and other “feel-good” emotions that are the key to success in life.
